How do I find meals delivered to my area?
Choose your delivery location on the homepage, then select a meal date. Available kitchens depend on your pinned address and each chef’s approved delivery radius. Check the chef’s page and checkout for delivery eligibility and charges.
Who prepares and delivers the food?
Each home chef prepares the food and arranges delivery. Naanbuy provides the marketplace and order platform; it does not operate its own rider fleet.
Can I order meals for different days?
Menus show their service dates and available portions. Choose meals for the dates you need. Checkout separates a multi-date bag into orders for each service date, with delivery charges calculated separately.
How do bulk and gathering orders work?
Open a chef’s bulk preorder listing and discuss the quantity, preparation date, delivery time, final price and advance-payment terms using the listed contact option. Minimum quantities and notice periods vary by offering.
Are prices and delivery charges fixed?
Chefs set menu prices and delivery charges. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. Delivery fees, minimum orders and any free-delivery threshold depend on the chef and delivery location; review the final total before placing an order.
How can I sell homemade food on Naanbuy?
Submit the Become a home chef application. Naanbuy reviews applications and kitchen profiles before activation. Public menus go through approval before publication.
